Shopping with us you can order with confidence.  We have a satisfaction is guaranteed policy.  You may return new products within 21 days of delivery.  To return products for a refund you must first contact us by email: info@everydayhangers.com and inform us of the return.  Please state a reason for the return to us.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable. 

No refunds will be issued until us receives the returned products unless otherwise stated.  Care must
be taken in sending the products back to us. Upon receipt of the returned items a check or PayPal refund will be issued.

We do not refund special orders. When requesting a special order where we must purchase a large quantity of an item or items please be sure before ordering.
 

 Upon receipt of your payment, including shipping, your purchase will ship within 18 business hours.  All shipping is Australia Postal Service or Common Couriers. Please be sure your email address is correct. For ship tracking please email us info@everydayhangers.com

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We will gladly provide pricing on non-stock items. All special Orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special Orders are not returnable.

Any item not in stock at time of original shipment will be shipped as soon as possible. Separate shipping charges will be charged for each shipment.
